We're looking forward to the changes and hope to see the same friendly staff in April, we'll surely be there soon after the grand re-opening. While I'm a teetotaler, my better half is a big fan of margaritas and it looks like the new menu will be exciting for her in the drink category :-) My wife and I also enjoyed Las Margaritas for many years and also liked the folks that worked there. The location is currently going through a complete physical remodel. We also own a restaurant in the Issaquah Highlands, called Agave Cocina & Tequilas which serves contemporary Mexican food with a bar that features an exceptional selection of Tequilas. The menu we will prepare at the Redmond location (Agave Cocina & Cantina) will be similar to that of our Issaquah restaurant. Since you found our blog which is connected to the Agave Issaquah location, you can see the menu (s) on the website. The employees who worked at Las Margaritas, many of whom worked there for many years, will be returning once Agave Cocina & Cantina opens on or about April 1st.
