Julian Ramos, owner of the popular Agave Cocina & Cantina restaurant in Redmond is opening a second location at Kent Station, (Kent, WA) in two months. The site, which is on Ramsey Way, across from The Ram and Green Valley Community College is a rustic, brick walled space with high, open ceilings defined by massive steel beams. There is a cozy bar, open kitchen and ample seating areas on both sides of the entrance. Three fire places and two year-around patios flank the entrance leading into the restaurant’s welcoming reception area.
Mexican art and handy-crafts acquired by Ramos from San Cayetano, near Guadalajara (Jalisco) Mexico, where he was born and raised will farther enhance the already attractive space. “We had been looking for an additional restaurant location for a while, Julian points out. When we open Agave Cocina and Cantina Kent Station in May; guests will enjoy Agave’s food and hand-picked sipping tequila selection in a strikingly unique setting.”
